Customer was informed that their claim was denied per section 9.1.2 of their warranty agreement
(improper installation). This customer has been serviced in accordance to their warranty
terms and conditions.

Select Home Warranty will not repair or replace anything! The contract will not be in effect for 30 days after payment is received, but if you decide to cancel, they will charge you from the date of payment.

We did not receive the mailed contract until 3 months after we purchased the plan for $400.00, and have not had any service requsts, but our refund will be less than $200.

This company will NEVER replace anything, and will deny any claim made for reasons they make up that are impossible to justify! Ask anyone of their own contractors, they will tell you the same thing!!!!
