Cannot leave a zero
- - There were calls and emails about language barriers.
- - Claim filed Feb 16, 2026; tech says unrepairable.
- - Parts on order but cannot be found.
After 10-12calls and emails all I get is runaround by non English speaking reps. They don even try to understand the problem.
I filed a claim on Feb 16 ,2026 for a washing machine claim.
They sent a tech out an tech said machine was unrepairable.
Select home keeps saying parts on order, bout parts cannot be found.This company is a jerk company. Don even consider using them.

- - Claim denied after diagnosis of a failing draft inducer motor needing replacement.
- - At 25 below zero, replacement would occur only if it stopped.
This company is a scam they denied my claim the technician diagnosed my furnace the draft inducer motor is failing and needed to be replaced the temperature at this time is 25 below zero and they would only replace it if it stoped working . I iimmediatly cancelled my warranty and hired technician so happy I did .run as fast as you can there a scam.
Preferred solution: Full refund

- - Questions about fridge operation were asked.
- - It beeped often; repairman will return with parts in two days.
Very detailed Asked many questions Regarding my refrigerator and its problems in operating..Told her it would beep quit often Sometimes for a short time and sometimes much longer.Also the outside seemed very cold to touch. A repair man can out in 2 days He found problem and will be coming back to fix problem with new parts.
