I have been a customer with Select since 2016...This year was the first time I actually had to call them to fix something.

My AC first broke in April... they finally got a contractor to fix it in June...They kept dispatching contractors that would not answer the phone or they would come and then leave... I called every day for them to come out and there customer service representative stated they will put emergency on my claim but nothing changed. Then my AC stopped working again this July...

obviously I still have them as my warranty company because no company will cover your home until 30 plus days and after that wait they still may say its a preexisting issue. SO I WAIT AND WAIT for Select... I have still not had my unit fixed...

SMH...I am tried of them...but can not afford to pay a random person to fix it...

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Run around, Never came out to house, Select home warranty.
